
Purpose – To increase range of motion in the torso.
Movement:
- Lye on back with arms extended straight out to the side.
- Roll over on right side, bend left knee and place on ground. Stack hips, shoulders and hands.
- Rotate shoulders open trying to get back of left hand and left shoulder on ground while keeping left knee in place. Repeat and switch sides.

Purpose - To improve upper body strength.
Movement:
- Start sitting on the ball with weights in hands.
- Slowly walk feet out as you lay back on ball. Support head and shoulders.
- Feet wide enough to maintain balance, but challenge yourself.
- Push through feet to keep hips up and back level.
- Extend arms straight above chest, palms facing in.
- Slowly open arms allowing hands to drop towards ground. Bring back up.
- Repeat.

Purpose - to stretch the triceps muscle group, posterior upper arm
Movement
- Begin by standing, sitting or kneeling.
- Hold rope in right hand and extend arm straight up by right ear.
- Bend at the elbow allowing your right hand and the rope to drop behind your head.
- Grab the rope with your left hand and pull down.
- Hold 20-30seconds. DO NOT BOUNCE!
- Switch arms and repeat.

Purpose - To improve lower body endurance, strength and range of motion.
Movement:
- Begin by standing and drawing navel in.
- Pull shoulders back and down with hands on hips.
- Take a long stride forward with right foot.
- Keep the right leg at a 90 degree angle, maintaining the knee directly above the ankle.
- Allow the left knee to been as you lower your weight towards the ground and push forcefully through the right foot back to starting position.
- Repeat on the other leg.

- Increases power of golf swing by strengthening the legs abdominals and upper body

Movement:
- Start by lying flat on your back, hands extended down by your side.
- Bend your knees to 90° and lift your feet off the ground.
- Press your lower back into the ground.
- Bring your knees in towards your chest raising your hips off the ground.
- Slowly lower the starting position and repeat.
